Brave Achievers Event Conduct Expectations 

Brave Achievers expects all live and digital event attendees (including but not limited to Brave Achievers personnel, speakers, sponsors, vendors, customers, and partners) to cultivate a welcoming, safe, and inclusive environment at Brave Achievers events. All attendees must always conduct themselves professionally, adhering to these Event Conduct Expectations, their respective employer’s code of conduct (and any other policies governing appropriate workplace behavior), and applicable laws, terms, and conditions. All Brave Achievers personnel must adhere to the Brave Achievers Code of Ethics and all other applicable Brave Achievers policies and procedures. 

Unacceptable Behavior 

Behaviors not tolerated at Brave Achievers events include, but are not limited to: 

  • Harassment of any kind, including sexual harassment, based on race, gender, gender identity, religion, age, national origin or ancestry, sexual orientation, physical or mental disability, or any other protected status under the law.  

  • Unauthorized disclosure of Brave Achievers’ confidential, sensitive, proprietary, or other non-public information.  

  • Inappropriate behavior, such as violence, bullying, derogatory statements, interruption of event sessions, use of profanity, offensive clothing, stalking, intimidation, unwelcome attention, inappropriate physical contact, or any other behavior that may bring Brave Achievers into disrepute.  

  • Photography or audio/visual recording without permission, including of confidential event presentations or where photography/recording is prohibited.  

  • Damaging or vandalizing property or event venues.  

  • Possession of alcoholic beverages except where expressly permitted. Irresponsible drinking or excessive intoxication, as determined solely by Brave Achievers.  

  • Engaging in illegal activities, including theft or possession of illegal substances.  

  • Smoking in areas not designated for smoking.  

  • Assembling to disturb the peace.  

  • Failure to comply with event and venue rules (including health and safety rules) or instructions from event staff. 

The above list serves as a guide and is not exhaustive. 

Consequences of Unacceptable Behavior 

Brave Achievers reserves the right to take appropriate action in response to unacceptable behavior, including removal from live events without refund or restricted access to digital event platforms. Attendees engaging in unacceptable behavior may be prohibited from participating in future Brave Achievers events, training, or other activities, including events for which they are already registered. 

Failure of Brave Achievers employees or contingent workers to comply with these Event Conduct Expectations or other applicable rules or policies may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment or engagement. 

Reporting Unacceptable Behavior 

To report complaints or concerns about unacceptable behavior at a Brave Achievers event, whether as the subject or witness, please immediately contact an employee of Brave Achievers employee or a security personnel. Following the event, complaints or concerns can be raised by contacting Brave Achievers via email at bootcamp@braveachievers.com

These Event Conduct Expectations may be revised by Brave Achievers at its sole discretion, and agreement to abide by them is confirmed by registering for or attending any Brave Achievers event.
